How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Vivace Shop account and all associated personal data:

Open the Vivace Shop app.

Go to Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Confirm your choice.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
-
Account profile information (name, email, phone).

Uploaded content and files (images, documents, notes).
-
Usage data linked to your account.
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or security purposes, such as:

Transaction and billing records (kept for up to 1 year).

Legal compliance logs (kept for up to 2 years).
Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
-
Retained data will only be kept for the timeframes stated above.
